Thank you for stopping by.

I am Wang Liqing (王丽清, Wáng Lìqīng), and one of the greatest joys of teaching Chinese is connecting with people who are curious about the language, the culture, and the stories that have shaped China through the centuries.

This blog was never meant to be a one-way conversation. It is a place where ideas can be shared, questions can be asked, and experiences can be exchanged. If something on this website inspires you, confuses you, challenges you, or simply makes you think, I would be delighted to hear about it.

You are welcome to leave a comment on this Contact page or on any relevant article throughout the blog. Whether you have a question about Chinese grammar, an HSK (汉语水平考试, Hànyǔ Shuǐpíng Kǎoshì) topic, a cultural tradition, a book recommendation, or your own language-learning experience, your voice is always appreciated.

Please do not hesitate because your Chinese is imperfect. Every fluent speaker once struggled with their first word, and every writer began with a blank page. Progress grows from curiosity (好奇, hàoqí), effort (努力, nǔlì), and the courage to keep going when things feel difficult.

If you enjoy the content on this website, I invite you to subscribe to my email updates. From time to time, I share new articles, learning resources, cultural insights, stories, and other materials that can help make your Chinese journey a little easier and a lot more interesting. Besides, your inbox deserves an occasional visitor who talks about language instead of trying to sell you something.

Learning Chinese (中文, Zhōngwén) is not a race. It is an adventure filled with discoveries, surprises, and unforgettable moments. I am grateful that you have chosen to spend part of that adventure here.

I look forward to reading your comments and hearing your story.

See you in the comments section. 🙂
