It depends on many factors. Different people, different opinions.

Which country’s democracy you like the most?
If you mean Indian style of democracy, in my humble opinion, China doesn’t need this kind of democracy. I have nothing against India, or Pakistan, but these countries are just messed us in their own ways. For example, North Indians face discrimination in south, South Indians faces discrimination in the north. People from the eastern part of India, who look like the Asians, face discrimination in almost everywhere in India. Indians can’t even agree to choose a common Indian language to be used across India as an official language. However, English, a foreign language is acceptable to most of the Indians. So much language politics in India.
How about safety of women in India? Safety of minorities in Pakistan?
Do you want China to follow such democracies?
For the Chinese people, living a meaningful, safe and prosperous life is more important than voting once in 4-5 years to elect those corrupt leaders.

What surprises me is that most of the westerners fail to appreciate the milestones achieved by the Chinese leadership. You need more time to appreciate the CPC.
